Full refund for cancellations made 30 days or more before the tour date.

No refund for cancellations made within 30 days of the tour date.

Government ferry tickets — no refund once purchased.

Private ferry tickets — partial refund (after cancellation charges) only if cancelled at least 48 hours before departure.

No refund for no-shows due to flight/ferry cancellations caused by technical issues, weather, or sea conditions.

No refund for unused nights or early checkout due to the above circumstances.

No refund for bookings made for 15 December to 20 January (peak season).

Refund initiated within 7 working days of receiving the cancellation request; allow 5–14 banking days for credit.

Mid-tour cancellation: the amount for unused services is non-refundable.

No refund if the tour cannot be conducted due to natural calamity.
