By accessing our website or making a booking with Let's Amigos Traveller, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

2. Bookings & Reservations

All bookings are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit and written confirmation from Let's Amigos Traveller.

• Bookings must be made by a person aged 18 years or above.
• The lead passenger is responsible for all payments and communications.
• Accurate passenger details must be provided at the time of booking.
• We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion.

3. Payments

The following payment terms apply to all bookings:

• A minimum deposit of 25% is required to confirm a booking.
• Full payment must be received at least 30 days prior to departure.
• Payments can be made via UPI, credit card, debit card, or net banking.
• All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.
• Prices are subject to change due to currency fluctuations, fuel surcharges, or government levies.

4. Cancellation Policy

5. Limitation of Liability

Let's Amigos Traveller acts as an intermediary between travelers and service providers (hotels, airlines, transport companies). We are not liable for:

• Any loss, damage, injury, or death caused by third-party service providers.
• Delays, cancellations, or changes caused by weather, natural disasters, or force majeure events.
• Loss or theft of personal belongings during the trip.
• Any costs arising from missed connections or itinerary changes beyond our control.

6. Travel Documents

It is the traveler's sole responsibility to ensure:

• Passport validity of at least 6 months beyond the travel date.
• Obtaining necessary visas for all destinations.
• Carrying valid travel insurance (strongly recommended).
• Compliance with health and vaccination requirements.

7. Traveler Conduct

We reserve the right to terminate the participation of any traveler whose conduct is deemed disruptive, dangerous, or offensive to other travelers or staff. No refund will be issued in such cases.

8. Changes to Itinerary

Let's Amigos Traveller reserves the right to modify itineraries due to operational requirements, safety concerns, or force majeure. We will endeavor to provide suitable alternatives of equal or greater value.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Delhi, India.
