Our packages typically include hotel
accommodation, airport transfers,
sightseeing as per the itinerary,
and a local English-speaking guide.
Flights, visa fees, travel insurance,
and personal expenses are generally
not included unless specifically
mentioned. Please check the
Inclusions/Exclusions tab on each
package for full details.
Absolutely! We specialize in
customized tour packages. Contact us
with your travel dates, budget,
destination preferences, and group
size, and our travel experts will
design a personalized itinerary
just for you.
We recommend booking at least 30-45
days in advance for domestic tours
and 60-90 days for international
packages. For peak season travel
(October-February) and popular
destinations, booking 3-6 months
in advance is advisable.
We accept UPI, credit cards, debit
cards, net banking, and EMI options.
All payments are processed through
secure, encrypted payment gateways.
Bank transfers are also accepted for
bookings above βΉ50,000.
Yes, all payment transactions on our
website are protected by SSL
encryption and processed through
PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways.
We never store your card details
on our servers.
A deposit of 25% of the total package
cost is required to confirm your
booking. The remaining balance must
be paid at least 30 days before
the departure date.
Yes, airport transfers are included
in most of our packages. Please
check the specific package details
to confirm. For packages that don't
include transfers, we can arrange
them at an additional cost.
We offer accommodation ranging from
budget guesthouses to 5-star hotels
depending on the package. All our
accommodations are carefully vetted
for quality, cleanliness, and
safety. Package descriptions mention
the hotel category.
Most of our group tours and fixed
departure packages include an
experienced English-speaking local
guide. For customized packages, a
guide can be added based on
preference and budget.
Travel insurance is not included by
default but is strongly recommended.
We can assist you in purchasing
comprehensive travel insurance
covering medical emergencies, trip
cancellation, and baggage loss.

Yes, we provide visa guidance and
assistance for international
destinations. We will provide you
with a checklist of required
documents and help with the
application process. However, visa
approval is solely at the discretion
of the respective country's embassy.
For international travel you
typically need: a valid passport
(minimum 6 months validity), valid
visa for the destination country,
travel insurance certificate,
confirmed return flight tickets,
hotel booking confirmations, and
sufficient funds proof. Specific
requirements vary by destination.
Our cancellation charges depend on
how far in advance you cancel: 10%
for 30+ days, 25% for 15-29 days,
50% for 7-14 days, and 100% for
0-6 days before departure. Please

Refunds are processed within 7-14
business days of cancellation
confirmation. The amount will be
credited to your original payment
method. Bank processing may add
3-5 additional business days.
